Tucked away near the exclusive Wynn Towers Suite lobby, Tableau is a small but significant restaurant to splurge for brunch.  The menu features luxe executions of American mainstays.  Try the Oysters Rockefeller or the kobe burger with Old Bay seasoned fries, and don’t forget to have a well-executed martini.  It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right?
