The most famous of Tokyo’s hotels thanks to its starring “role” in Lost in Translation, the Park Hyatt is gorgeously sleek, chic, and located in always-jumpin’ Shinjuku. The New York Bar and room views – which extend to Mt. Fiji on clear days – are spectacular, and the delicious New York Grill restaurant always hot.
