Vegetarians don’t have to settle on only salads while their friends eat what they really want. This was one of the first vegetarian restaurants in Ipanema, starting a trend all over Rio.

I live around the corner and stopped going here until I saw a roach fly into the side of one guy’s head, and I saw them pouring non filtered water into some caked old-looking beans that were on the buffet. I highly recommend the very gay friendly FRONTERA, next to the Zona Sul supermarket on Visconde Piraja. Much classier, tastier, and cruisier. Cross-street is Teixeira de Melo. When did you guys last get to Rio? 2004?
